1 /5 Kaitlin H: Update 6/2: The owner’s response here is incorrect. In the email I received, they stated that my return was processed on 5/13, not 5/3. As the owner mentioned in this response, I requested to see the receipt for the issued gift card/return. I also stated that I would be happy to remove this review once I received the receipt, which they had specifically asked me to do after telling me it was processed on 5/13. Its been over a week, and they have not responded with that proof. To be clear, I did check my spam folder before posting my initial review to ensure there was no error on my end, but I never received anything on 5/13. However, I DID get the gift card promptly after they saw I had left a negative review, but not a moment sooner. So, I stand by my original statement below!

I’ve waited 10 business days for a return to be processed after sending the item back in perfect condition, in its original packaging, well within the return window—and have heard nothing.
The return policy and return portal on the website fail to provide a standard turnaround time, leaving customers in the dark. Two weeks for one item is inexcusable. This is not just slow—it’s careless. Online shoppers, take note.
