5 /5 Pamela Jones: The only reason I shop at LB at the RR location is because of the Customer Service I get from Milicent!! She has been there for a few years, and I love her kindness. If Milicent was not at this location I would not shop with LB because their prices have gone up. Kudos for Milicent!!

5 /5 Jessika Perez: I drive from Belton to Round Rock just to shop at this Lane Bryant, and it’s always worth it! The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. When I couldn’t find a pair of zebra-print pants in my size, Leslie went above and beyond to track one down for me in Waco. It just so happened I was heading to Waco the next day, so it worked out perfectly. Thank you, Leslie, and the whole Lane Bryant staff for your exceptional customer service! I’ll definitely keep coming back!

They are incredibly helpful and kind, and make shopping FUN! They also recently sent me a hand written note thanking me for shopping there. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced while shopping. Truly top notch!
