5 /5 Rachel R (Teacher Rachel BDB): This store is great and so are the staff. We have always been treated with respect and a smile. Returning items purchased online has been painless and quick. My daughter loves to shop the sales and has aquired a large amount of Children Place clothing, especially the skater dresses, which she loves. .... Sadly, the credit card has horrible customer service. The credit card took payment from my sister and myself but failed to record it in their files. Our local store has been helping us call and protest, but the credit company, Comenity Bank, just keeps running us all into circles. Such an amazing product and store to be linked to this credit company. Ill remain loyal to Childrens Place, but not Comenity Bank.
