Friendly staff, especially a nice young lady Railey who went above and beyond to get the items I was looking for and free shipping. I highly recommend this business. Clean and beautiful clothes for all occasions.

1 /5 Vernah Ramsower-Sprous: I went into the 8201 Quaker Avenue, Lubbock Texas location today to purchase a Lou and Grey casual wear set. I knew that many of the sets were 20% off with an additional 21% off through this weekend. When I was greeted, I asked where the sale items for these sets were. The sales person pointed to the area the Lou and Grey sale items were located. When I went to check out. Camilla the store manager started ringing up my purchases and I saw that the set I had picked up from the 20% off table was not on sale. I pointed to the sign on the table that was sitting right next to the clothing I picked out . She said only one item on the sales table got the sale price. I nicely let her know the signage was misleading. She made no attempt to remove or adjust the signage and apologize for the misconception in advertising. I also revieved very little customer service while in the store. Therefore, I told her I would not be purchasing anything from her store. I also took a picture of the signage as I left. Id post that on this review if I could. I really like the clothing here, but not the customer service and misleading advertising! Vernah Sprous

5 /5 M B: I love to shop at Loft in general but I particularly like this location. I usually come shopping without anything in particular that I need. I do like that after they see the “style” of clothes I’ve picked to try on that they can make further recommendations.
