JCPenney - Shop TX (Near Lufkin)

Kymberly LaNear I love going to my local Chico’s in Beaumont, Texas . The ladies in there are always so very helpful . They never pressure you or shadow you while you are shopping . This means so much to me . It allows me to make selections freely , but if you need help , they are more than happy to assist you and answer your questions

Maurice Ellis You have 3 employees standing in a concor talking and only 1 person on the register. The line had 9 customers in it. I asked if someone else could run a register and was told no that on the weekend they only have 1 cashiers to work the register

John H The best part about this store....Leslie! She was spectacular and super friendly. Assisted me and my wife with exuberance. I so hope she is noticed by her employer.... they dont want to lose her. The store itself was in good order and clean, though the fitting room could be tidied up a little. But not too detracting from the shopping experience.

Norma Sue The sales clerk name Adriana Castillo was extremely helpful. There was an item I wanted to purchase, but it had quite a few things wrong with it so she helped me out with a discount. She should definitely be named outstanding employee!! due to her exceptional customer service skills I will be more than happy to recommend customers to this location. She deserves a raise, not just a praise. Thank you
