1 /5 Rachel Iverson: Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve had in a department store in a long long time. Staff was obviously bored and uninterested in helping customers. The one time the lady did ask if I needed help I was looking through jeans. Everything was a size 4-6 I am usually and 8/10. I needed jeans to try on a top, since I was wearing a dress, I grabbed a 16 since it was the only size above a 6. The lady working said “oh I’m glad you found something, I was worried there were only skinny girl sizes left.” As someone who has a history of an eating disorder this was the most triggering thing that has happened to me in years. I will never come back. I hope the staff learns to not insult guests or comment on their sizes.

2 /5 Vanessa Johnson: I normally have a fairly decent shopping experience at this location but today I’m extremely angry and frustrated. I was treated very poorly in the store today. Not by the manager or the sweet young lady with short dreadlocks, but by the other two young ladies, who were in the store. A white female, who seems to hold a management role by the air and attitude she had about herself and how she was very intentional about telling the other associates what to do and a young black female with longer braids/ dreads. When you are in retail., did it for years, customers should have some level of priority and be treated all the same. I was in the store for quite some time and watched the difference in how customers were addressed and treated. When it came to my experience, I felt dismissed and disregarded. When going back to a dressing room I’m being directed as if I’m a bother because I asked. When at the register checking out with the associate with longer dreds she could not help herself and got involved in a whole other conversation delaying my process. Any conversation that needs to be had that does not involve the customer should be had after the transaction is done. I am so appalled at the lack of training that these young ladies have not received regarding how to engage and be kind to customers. It doesn’t matter what you assume our economic status is, we are in the store spending our hard earned money. The manager is a nice lady but my hope for her if she even reads this review is that she corrects the poor behavior of her assistant manager, and this particular associate. If one person leaves your store with a positive experience, ALL people should leave your store with a positive experience. If your staff is not mature enough to interact with your customers at the same level they should not be working in retail. I will never shop at this location again. It’s a shame that I cannot shop somewhere so close to my home in Lago Mar. I would rather travel or order online than put up with such poor and intentional treatment.

5 /5 GRG PL C: First time Tanger outlet, first time to Loft Outlet. The only store I visited, Loft. Great shopping experience. Only been in Loft once. And not an outlet. And not excellent customer service. The 1 item I got few yrs ago, yes, style and quality made an impression on me. **Todays visit Excellent customer service, excellent staff. Highly recommend. Lots of choice. Lots of great finds. Selection looks comfortable. And feel of quality. I bought a lot of basics. Tees. On sale. Core clothing. Petite section! Worth looking at. In my opinion, good selection. Tops, bottoms. July 2021. Summer season.

5 /5 Devanshi Vani: When shopping in store, check their website for cheaper prices. You can order in-store at the checkout register and have it shipped to your home for free (no minimum required). Remember to tell them any online promo codes (store-only coupons wont work). I got my clothes half-price ordering this way and still got to use my in-store-only merchandise credit.
