1 /5 Leeann Penning: A few days ago, my mother went into the store and was on the fence about purchasing some pants. The associate made snarky/condescending comments to my mom about her indecision about buying the pants. She ended up buying the one pair, has the receipt for the one pair of pants, but upon checking her bank account she saw she was charged twice. She confronted Nicole (Assoc #6881670) about being charged twice, who responded along the lines of “I don’t know, the computer did that”. She left with no help. My mom came back the next day and was met with Nicole again who told her a manager wasn’t available, and gave my mom a phone number she, herself, had to call to inquire about a refund. So after another interaction of being unhelpful, my mom returned the pants and only the returned pants got refunded into her account. She bought one pair, returned one pair, but has still been charged for a second/duplicate pair and this company is refusing to help her get her money back. Save your money and shop where there are more professional associates.
