Trish Had a great experience at the Carhartt store in Tyler, Texas. The gentleman who helped us was outstanding—friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options, fit and durability without ever rushing us or making us feel sold to.What really stood out was how well he knew the history of the brand and the store itself, and how genuinely proud he seemed to work—just authentic passion and great customer service. That kind of customer service is rare these days and really stood out. The store was clean and well-organized. The whole experience reminded me why Carhartt has such a loyal follwing.
