Maurices - (Near Lubbock, TX)

5 /5 Traci Goen: I bought several things from Maurices a couple of weeks ago and a girl named Stephanie helped me and she was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable & friendly. That girl is gonna go places! It’s rare these days to find employees who are cheerful and really seem to love what they do I have not been in that Maurice’s in a long time. Be sure to go check out their adorable summer clothes I always go and buy their tank tops in the summer. They wear well they’re very durable and very good priced. They normally have buy one get one free sells or buy one get one half And when you’re there, be sure to ask for Stephanie!

1 /5 Briana Rogers: Very odd experience. Went in to shop for some shirts only grabbed two items then I circled the store to make sure I looked at everything. The manager randomly ask me “would you like us to hold these at the front for you or get you a fitting room” she had plenty of other customer to ask that too. I honestly felt targeted or as if they thought I was stealing. Keep in mind I don’t even give off the look or personality of someone to steal. I won’t be returning to this store I’ll just stick to online shopping. Cooperate might need to give the manager a diversity, ethics, and cultural training.

3 /5 David Gast: We absolutely love coming to the location in the south plains mall! We love the employees, clothing and.. did i mention the employees!! We have ALWAYS had a great experiences until 5-8-24... My wife and I were here shopping, lifting her spirits as her father just passed away a couple weeks prior.. She tries a short on that was to big. So i grabbed her a 29 and 28. She tries them on and decides the 29 is best due to having a more loose fit. The Manager with tattoos on her face, asked "did the 29s even work for yall?" I replied, i think we are taking the 28s .. as i said that, my wife exited the dressing room . The Manager looked at my wife and laughed, then proceeded to say "I doubt youll fit in a size 28!" And continued to giggle about it. My wife is 165 pounds . Just bc the manager is 80 pounds and half dressed with all her stomach showing, doesnt mean to belittle others and treat them with disrespect.. We shop here soo much and the other employees all know who we are. We are loving and respectful people.. We made a complaint against that person but not sure how much will be done. We will never spend another dollar there until she is no longer an employee with Maurices!

5 /5 Laura: I love Maurices. Sometimes a bit pricey but I always like the new items. I enjoy that the sales associates can help style an outfit. They do pay special attention to their customers and have new items all the time.
