Hope Avery I play roller derby and often join mashup games where you need a certain color shirt with your name and number QUICK. I had an Etsy seller cancel on my shirt order one day before a game I was to play. As a last ditch effort, I came here to see if they could help. Alyssa (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was so quick to get my derby name and number pressed. She literally saved the day and gained a customer. Thank you so much!

john weaver We visited Headquarters Hats today and had the pleasure of meeting Robert and his staff, which were fantastic. Robert worked with me to find the exact Cowboy hat I was looking for, and then his staff shaped it perfectly. I found the selection to be great, for any budget, and the prices were good. Also worth noting was his selection of boots, including Lucchese, which have proved to be challenging to find outside of the flagship stores. Thanks again to Robert and the HH team for their time and service today. We will be back tomorrow so my wife can pick out some boots!

Jennifer Pena Update the boutique called me back and told me I could exchange my pillow cases. I will be in tomorrow. Thank you!!! My husband purchased a package of satin pillow cases for me. They are standard size and our pillows at home are king. When we tried to return or exchange them they advised us we could not because this was part of their "hair care products ". Mind you these had never been open or taken out of the box. I literally opened them up for Christmas amd said we had to take them back. I could understand if they had been opened but they are clearly in their orginal packaging and not altered in any fashion. We will not return to buy anything from this place. They have now lost sales as I love to shop boutiques!
