1 /5 Laura Burch: Ordered a corsage for my granddaughters prom on Tuesday to be picked up today April 15th for prom tonight. Ordered a hot pink corsage to go with her white dress with taupe lining. I told her when ordering all my granddaughters accessories were going to be hot pink, nails, jewelry etc. Picked it up just now and it has a purplish ribbon with lil purple flowers on top with white roses, which doesnt come close to her pink. If she didnt have hot pink ribbons why didnt she state this when I placed the order? Or, if she couldnt order it in time or get it in, why couldnt she have called and told me? When I asked about it not being hot pink she said that was best she had! She even tried to tell me that she asked her girls if they knew my granddaughter and if they had seen her dress, which she said they had and this would work. They do NOT know my granddaughter and have NOT seen her dress! We do not live in Bandera. What the heck!
She offered to redo it in Silver, really, for a white dress? When I positively told her we wanted the hot pink to stand out. Very unprofessional. A call stating ahead of time that she couldnt do it would have been the proper thing to do, then we could have changed our color accessories to match.
Its a shame because we like to use local businesses, we will certainly not be using this flower shop ever again. Very dissatisfied and very poor customer service.
