She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am always taken care of when I get my fiancé gifts from the beauty department. She even gift wrapped my fiancés Valentine’s Day gift and added some extras for her to try. I highly recommend you go and see her and let her provide you with an experience like no other. She’s the best!!

1 /5 J Roze: I am so incredibly upset about my experience with Nordstrom. I bought a Nuna revv car seat $700 and I just received it and there is a blue stain on it. They won’t accept returns and all they offered was to get my brand new car seat that I paid a lot of money for cleaned and that they would reimburse me for the cleaning fee. I find this ridiculous. All tags are on this car seat but how are you suppose to know something is wrong with it without opening the box. I’ve spent a lot of money on Nuna products from Nordstrom but this was the last, I won’t be purchasing anything else from here.

5 /5 Vander Lade: I just wanted to leave a review for Noora at Nordstrom because she honestly made my whole shopping experience so much better than I expected. She didn’t just “help me find stuff” — she actually styled me. She pulled pieces I never would’ve picked myself, explained how to put outfits together, and really took her time. I never felt rushed, and it didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me something. It felt like she actually cared about helping me look good and feel confident. What I appreciated the most was how kind and easy to talk to she was. We had conversations the whole time, and it never felt awkward or forced. She made the experience comfortable and fun, not stressful like shopping can sometimes be. And even when I wasn’t sure about buying certain things, her attitude didn’t change at all. No pressure, no weird energy — just genuine help. She also doesn’t judge or stereotype people, which meant a lot. She helps everyone the same way, no matter where they come from or how they’re dressed when they walk in. That kind of service is rare, and you can tell she’s a genuinely good person, not just a good salesperson. She’s honestly hard to find sometimes, but if you get the chance to work with her, do it. She goes above and beyond in a way that feels real, not fake, and it made a big difference in my experience. Noora is the type of person that makes you want to come back

5 /5 Adam Palmer: The Pen Slim – Indigo Raw 10.5oz Selvedge jeans are exactly what I’ve been looking for for a long time. The indigo is perfect, and the raw denim is surprisingly comfortable while still feeling rugged and premium. They’re very stylish and pair incredibly well with my Red Wing boots. The fit is true to size and spot on throughout. I’ll definitely roll and cuff the ends (just like you see in most pictures), and I think the rugged denim with those rugged boots will look even better with wear. I’m looking forward to pairing them with sweaters, henleys, and even T-shirts. Also, I love that you can pay a little extra to have them hemmed to the perfect length—so you don’t have to take them to a tailor and deal with all of that. These are hands-down my favorite jeans right now—and I’ll absolutely keep purchasing from this company.

5 /5 Kenneth Cox: Alexa, sales consultant, was very helpful with my resent jean purchase. She is very knowledgeable of age appropriate men’s fashion. She listened well and worked diligently, countless trips from the sales floor to the dressing room. Ultimately, I purchased two pair. Great asset!!! My experience is a great example of why it is important to get off of the couch and into the brick and mortar stores to make our purchases!!!
