Old Navy - (Near Flower Mound, TX)

2 /5 Shakema Green: Came into the store a little bit after 5 PM and was greeted just fine and then I got in line to make my purchase on a couple of items and a lady walked into the door and just cut the line. The person at the cash wrap did not say anything. Even the person who was checking out before me even looked back and was baffled that the lady just walked in with her return. So the associate didnt say anything. So I politely brought my items up to the counter and left them right there and walked out of the store. I will not be treated anywhere or spend my money with that poor customer service!!!

2 /5 Lexi Putter: This old navy doesn’t know what they are doing. Online orders are canceled. When you can see they have it clearly in store. They don’t have gift cards. People are under trained for sure. And rude mangers.

I always shop instore, First time I ordered for a pick up then there was a missing item in the bag, online don’t help for missing items for order pick up ( I always check the bag pick up orders which I should have checked here as well before leaving store), but had to call in store & staff told me to come back, lady staff was nice listened to me and said it never happened like this before, yet she agreed for me to take what I want. Lesson learned better to check before leaving the store to avoid double trips to the store.

5 /5 Judy118 Bell: This is the largest Old Navy store I have ever been in and very well organized. I love stopping here when ever I am in the area because they always seem to have fantastic sales. Never a shortage of help here if you need it either.
