1 /5 Daisy L: I was unhappy with the customer service experience. I went to the store to return a new shirt with tags still on, which was just one day over the return policy period. Although I initially paid $35, I was told I could only get a store credit of $7. I chose to take the shirt back and donate it. I will shop elsewhere that values their customers and strives to make things right for them.

1 /5 COLLIER ELITE GROUP (Dionne Collier -Team Lead): First time completing an online pick up order today at this store and my experience was so unwelcoming. The sales rep stated she would get to me when she had the time and then proceeded to say I had to provide my ID even though I had the app open with the barcode ready to scan. Another customer of another skin tone was not required to provide identification. I also visited the Gulfgate Location and the customer service experience was totally different, they were welcoming and assisted me quickly with my other online order. So advice, do not do online pick ups from this location or with the sales rep I had today.

1 /5 Padmaja Vaithi: The collection is so sad. Everything is just a solid dull, boring color. Mostly like sweats, lounge wear or work out clothes. No evening wear, no office wear, no prints in sight, nothing festive (except Xmas pjs), figure hugging that makes you want to buy it and makes you happy owning it.

3 /5 HB Price: This location didnt have a lot of stock and so I kind of fade away from this store because of that low stock
