5 /5 Edward Nelson: Love Ross stores. I usually peruse the food and snacks, toys to see what I can push buttons on to see what they sound like (yes Im that kinda guy, a 50+ man child lol), mens stuff and electronics. I bought Bluetooth earphones that cover the ear canal and do not enter them. Much better for protecting your hearing. $30 value for $20. Love them. I regret I was not paying attention to the change up of yes/no questions and said no to several questions about whether mens and childrens clothing items were sold here LOL. They are. Thought I was still answering Schlotzky yes no questions. Whoops!

5 /5 Maria W: Fantastic service yesterday evening. My daughter and I were rushing to get out of the fitting room by closing time but we were there a little late, as it took longer to try on than we expected. We were the last customers and I felt so bad. I came out of the dressing room with an armful of stuff to buy and lots in the dressing room that didn’t fit. While the staff could have been rude and short with us (as I’m sure they were ready to go home) they all remained very kind, cordial, and helpful, with smiles all the way to the end. A couple of them moved quickly to clear out the dressing room. The gal that checked me out was talkative and sweet. Top notch in terms of service and professionalism all the way around. I was really grateful!!
