Old Navy - (Near College Station, TX)

5 /5 L C: My granddaughter and I shopped this location on Dec.27th 2025. The employees were all so helpful and friendly. They did not act like we were bothering them when we asked for help several times. Unlike most retail stores these days, the employees were noticeable and hands on. Not hiding behind a rack of clothes on their cell phones. Kudos to Old Navy and this branch. Your work ethics did not go unnoticed..

5 /5 GrounDDwellers BJJCSL: Nice store. Good location. Large selection of clothing. They have alot of sizes to choose from. The staff does a very good job communicating and assisting with everything. They have pick up orders available at this location as well. They have lit’s of sales and they do then often so its a great place to get good clothes at a reasonable price.

1 /5 Ashley Muhle: My teenage daughter and I were shopping in the clearance section and there was an employee who was following our every move the entire time! Im not even sure why! But it was blatantly obvious. When I moved into another womens section she followed me over there as well. Pretended to be sorting through clothes but was watching us the entire time. I went to the dressing room with some clothes, ended up purchasing 4 items and I was so close to putting it away because of the uncomfortable shopping experience! I spent close to $100 just to be followed the entire time like I was some theif. What a shame. I will never be back!

5 /5 Bellslol1: I have been here before. I came to get mens pants. They were 50% off. So 20$ which is not bad. They have always had really nice stuff. They do not plaid for women. Or at least not that I saw.

However, I want to acknowledge that after Old Navy pursued the matter on my behalf, the issue was finally resolved. Someone from Barclays’ president’s office reached out, listened, and followed through with genuine care—something that had been missing for months. I deeply appreciate Old Navy’s support in getting this sorted out. I’ve updated my rating to five stars, not only because the issue was resolved, but because of the care and effort shown, especially once it reached the right hands. Thank you to Old Navy for stepping in and advocating for your customers, and to Barclays for ultimately resolving the problem. -- Original Reivew: This one star is not for Old Navy--Id give them a 5. This is for Barclays--the bank behind Old Navys credit card. I love shopping at Old Navy, but dealing with Barclays, the bank behind your credit card, has been an absolute nightmare. After changing my address, I have spent five months stuck in an endless cycle of mailing, faxing, and calling—yet nothing has been resolved. I’ve escalated the issue, only to be told I’d receive a call from a manager, but they never say when. Apparently, customers are expected to be on standby indefinitely, with no respect for their time. Barclays has no email support, no secure online document upload, and relies on outdated methods like fax and phone calls—which still don’t fix anything. This has been the most frustrating and time-wasting experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution. I’ve even considered closing the card altogether, but knowing it could impact my credit score, I feel stuck—metaphorically caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. I wouldn’t recommend Barclays credit card to anyone, and I truly hope Old Navy switches to a more reliable bank for its credit cards. Customers deserve better!
