Mary Clark The people at this store are amazingly alert. If they even think they can help you they are asking if you need help with anything. Very polite and knowledgeable of new items coming in and when. They were very helpful.

Janets world The BEST grocery store I have been to in years. The employees help whether they are busy stocking,cleaning or headed in another direction. I am semi disabled and have touse a scooter buggy and cant reach a lot of the higher shelves and if they see you trying to reach or find something they offer you help.well stocked,clean and alot of bargins.Fresh foods are FRESH.

JenJ I just left the Odessa, TX location on 42nd St. and accidentally drove away after leaving my phone in a shopping cart. Within five minutes I realized what happened and returned to the store. Cynthia from Loss Prevention summoned the manager, Maria, for me to help. Since the store phones were unavailable, they both used their personal phones to try to locate mine. When we were still unsuccessful, cashier Priscilla also jumped in and was able to access “Find My iPhone” and send a ping to my phone. Shortly after, the ping was sent a customer returned my phone to the counter. I was extremely anxious, knowing my brand-new phone and irreplaceable family photos could have been lost. Thanks to the kindness, empathy, and persistence of Maria, Priscilla, and Cynthia my phone was recovered. Their customer service was outstanding, and I am incredibly grateful for their help. I will absolutely recommend this location in the future.
