Old Navy - Shop TX (Near Corpus Christi)

Animesh D This Kohls is clean and well organized. The items are in stock and online order pickup also easy. The kohls has Sephora also inside and provide wide range of cosmetics. The staff is nice and helpful while assisting shopping. There’s ample parking outside and the restrooms are clean. The kohls experience here always getting better over the period.

Kelsey McBride I have to say, I LOVE Old Navy and have shopped at countless stores for year and years, decades even. But this store was SO DIRTY. Particularly the fitting rooms. There was gum stuck to the wall or clothing hangers in several of the changing "rooms" and pretty much every single clothing hanger (which are terribly designed btw, but thats on corporate) in 3 different rooms were all FILTHY. I felt dirty after trying on clothes and the legs of everything that touched the floor were dirty and gross. Thankfully I had socks on or my bare feet would have had to touch the floor.

Katie I’m writing to give kudos to one of the managers - Alicia Sherwood. I stopped in this morning to exchange a T-shirt. I’m on crutches due to a bad hip. Alicia approached me with a smile to ask if I wanted help, which I was so grateful for and happily accepted. Alicia walked to the rack to get the shirt in the correct size, took me to the register without waiting in line, so graciously got my pickup orders for me, AND carried my bags out to the car for me. 11/10 service by Alicia. A true angel on earth and incredibly kind. Thank you, Alicia, for making such an impact and providing outstanding customer service! The store was also very clean and organized - and the Christmas items are beautifully displayed! If I was able to walk more easily I would’ve shopped for more!

Andrew Williams This very decorative and chill coffee shop / restaurant is totally cool and serves great drinks. I dropped by for a specialty coffee to go, but stayed in one of their 3 sitting rooms to just sip & relax. I’m definitely dropping by each morning I’m in Rusk (my favorite country town). Highly recommended.

Deb Sugiyama I just checked out with Rafael and he carefully folded every item besides being very pleasant! We always have a good experience at this Kohls. Everyone in the store was pleasant and greeted me. Great place!

Ada Betancourt I love this store, they have beautiful stuff I always find more then enough to but. And being a member is a plus with lots of perks. Also donate your unwanted clothes and you get coupons for discounts The staff is always friendly and helpful, this is my store to go for clotjing.
