That’s not the employees’ choice, they’re simply following instructions from higher ups . They also typically don’t take formal wear, and staff will tell you that when you turn in your clothes. Walking in with dress clothes and expecting a payout will only lead to disappointment, and complaining to the staff won’t change that, Mr. or Mrs. Karen. Plenty of people claim their clothes are “practically brand new,” yet when staff checks, they find stains on the inside or other areas. Who’s going to buy that? If your items don’t meet the store’s standards, it’s not personal it’s policy. Retail workers already deal with enough nonsense on the job. Show them the same respect you expect in return. Before you snap at an employee, ask yourself, how would you feel in their shoes? If this hurts your feelings, take it as a reality check.. the whole world doesn’t revolve around you :)

Jennifer Pena Update the boutique called me back and told me I could exchange my pillow cases. I will be in tomorrow. Thank you!!! My husband purchased a package of satin pillow cases for me. They are standard size and our pillows at home are king. When we tried to return or exchange them they advised us we could not because this was part of their "hair care products ". Mind you these had never been open or taken out of the box. I literally opened them up for Christmas amd said we had to take them back. I could understand if they had been opened but they are clearly in their orginal packaging and not altered in any fashion. We will not return to buy anything from this place. They have now lost sales as I love to shop boutiques!

Emily Santos Super cute little store. It is a short walk from the square but worth the look. It was very welcoming and had a good selection of items from clothing and accessories to decor and gifts.

Ms Lyn Coop This mall is small but there are major stores inside. Plus there weren’t a lot of people shoulder to shoulder inside. There are a lot of stores with sales. Bed bath body works has a good sale. Plus there is a shoe store with a very good sale on flip flops. Lids had some nice hats for Hubby. I really likes this mall. It’s not big but has the major stores we all love, JC penny, Dillards, Claire’s, sun glass hut, foot locker etc. the food court also was pretty good. We has Chinese food and the price is really good. For two people was only $15 for meal and drink. They also have a Chuck E Cheese here. Didn’t expect it to be this nice. It was worth the drive. Check em out. I enjoyed it not too big not too small.
