All of her teammates @ the front counter, AND the Mgr on duty, behind them, also seemed very nice & customer oriented. Highly recommend this store for your shopping needs!

Melissa Mize Very nice. Need more employees amso short handed. Everyone nice. But waited an hour to get help in jewelry department. Prices high and very high on other items. Employees very nice. Just need more of them.

Shelley Just made a phone call to Kohl’s and Jaclyn took the call. We were in search of a food processor. Absolutely needed one immediately. Jaclyn didn’t mind making sure it was in stock before we made the drive to Kohl’s. We really appreciated how friendly and sincere she was as she went to make sure it was in stock! Then she let us know exactly where to go once we got there! Wow! Very thoughtful!! We just really appreciate how she handled our predicament in such a kind and thoughtful way!
