Available to the customer with the desire to make my wife feel comfortable. My wife eventually found some sandals she liked. A very pleasant experience overall.

Jimmy Smith Central Mall is a great place to do your shopping. There are local small businesses that have framed art, jewelry and custom handmade knives. It’s a clean comfortable family friendly place to shop. Visit Santa every day till Christmas Eve.

She sets such a positive tone, and it really shows in how smooth and friendly everything feels. The staff is always kind and ready to help, and I love that I’m greeted as soon as I walk in — it makes the experience feel personal. The store is consistently clean, organized, and easy to shop. The signs are clear, the aisles are neat, and everything feels well taken care of. Thank you, Joanne, and the whole team for always creating such a great shopping experience. This is honestly one of my favorite Ross locations because of you all!
