4 /5 Call Me Blac Phoenix: Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.
One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.
The other lady didnt speak to any of the customers besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.
I dont feel she was being rude she simply doesnt really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)
But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.
