Jennifer R i went for the first time this weekend and had so much fun! everyone was so kind and welcoming. everything was reasonably priced (even before the half off sale) and they have some really cool items that you really cant find at most thrift stores around here. highly recommend coming here for a girls day, it was a delightful time!

Brenda Mata Elizabeth was so amazingly sweet and just amazing customer service at the register, she even told me about the QR code that I’d save some money! And truth be told all the girls were so kind and just always had a smile, I even cracked a joke with one of them and such great vibes in the store. I was so happy as a customer who’s been going there for years that Melrose found some amazing employees. Just wonderful!

Michael Overall cleaniness is that of any other Burlington, ross, etc. However good luck trying to find an employee to unlock the restroom. Why lock the restroom at all and put a code on them?? This store is not great.
