1 /5 Bri Aleman: Horrible wait lines! There is about 20 people waiting over 30 minutes + to be checked out. No manager in sight. Only one cashier open! No one is helping. Talk about inefficiency and no supervision. Won’t be back. You have several workers walking around. Managers need better training! It’s 7pm on 10.11.25 - The associate #2395038 that attended me was very helpful but you can tell she was overwhelmed!

2 /5 Luis Vasquez: Please have more than 1 cashier, especially around the Holidays. Poor young lady had to service everyone by herself. Thats a good way to lose a good employee. Manager needs to do better.

2 /5 Drey Hamato: Aside from how messy it is, and I know this is Ross policies as a whole, but the self-checkout process was ridiculous. First, put the stickers over the barcode bc the amount of times we got an error code because the sticker was next to the original barcode was annoying. Then we asked for bag and were told we need to scan the receipt first. Okay? Now we have the receipt to scan but nope. They have to SCAN EVERY ITEM. I get this is for loss prevention purposes but the point of self-checkout is to be a faster process. If this is the case, take away self checkout and just have that extra person on register.

2 /5 Tee Dazzle: Disappointed is an understatement. Ross in general is know to be a bit unorganized, lines can tend to be long, and many things maybe out of place. But the recent visit I made to this location was all of those things and more. This visit took place on Sunday Aug 4th with in the 9 o’clock hour. I mentioned the time because it’s obviously this was something that was done from the business day before OR started the morning of and not completed prior to opening. While in the short during this visit I didn’t see a store associate sweeping or in the process of resolving this issue. Either way is nasty and unprofessional. Having to maneuver a cart and walk around this throughout the store is not a pleasant shopping experience.

1 /5 Patricia Gonzalez: **Frustrating and pointless self-checkout system** I don’t understand the logic behind the self-checkout.The whole point of self-checkout is to speed things up—but after scanning and paying for everything myself, I still had to wait in another line for a security guard to check my receipt and remove tags. So what exactly is faster about this process? It just adds confusion and wastes time. Either streamline the self-checkout system or don’t offer it at all.
