Being a great fan of ROM boots I sought out Saddlerags based on a wide selection of ROM boots. I settled on a pair of ROM Camel Waxy Kudus which arrived within 3 days. Upon examination of the boots I discovered a defect in the boot, I was advised to return the boot for repair or replacement, a process that was completed within the week. Having heard of their fine reputation, I can say that Saddlerags commitment to personalized service, integrity, and a quality product bears witness to this customers satisfaction that is second to none! 5 /5 CAROLINA BOY: UPDATE: After talking to the great staff in Stephenville, I pulled the trigger on a pair of black Rios of Mercedes Elephants that were an NFR exclusive. They even threw in a new boot jack and once again, through emails and quick communication, they solidified why Ill take my business to these great people every time. Theres not many stores Ive ever been to over the years that are this friendly or work this hard to make sure youre completely happy with your purchase. From housewares to hats, jeans and everything in between. Have an idea for the perfect hat and shape? No problem. And talk about the in-store exclusive boots from Rios of Mercedes and almost every top brand of mens and womens boots? Ive bought boots over the years from all across the US and my Saddlerags Rios of Mercedes exclusives get more compliments than any other boots Ive ever owned. And I cant remember the last time Ive ever had a store owner contact me for an issue to make sure I was satisfied. From the first pair of boots, to a lifelong customer.
