Mar I apologize for the late review but I went to this store on 9/12/25 and let’s just say..Firouze was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and always there to help when we needed it. She’s very knowledgeable and answered our questions with patience and care. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy like most salespeople can be. She truly gave the best customer service I could ask for. That kind of service means a lot to me and I genuinely value it. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much, Firouze!

Madison Daigre Lane was so great and helped me with everything I needed! Super patient when I had a bunch of items to checkout with and helped me place an online order!

Bernadette Ostroff I stopped into the shoe department to look at a particular pair of Uggs and walked out with three pairs of shoes. Mary Alvelo is an amazing sales associate! She was helping everyone in the department and has such a great personality. Shoppers were telling her how much they loved her as they finished their purchase because she’s so happy. You can tell she loves her job! The world needs more Mary Alvelo’s!

Shaun Eaves I had a last minute formal birthday party I needed an outfit for. Kathy was awesome! She found me the perfect slacks, button up, belt, shoes, and jacket and I was able to wear it right out of the store!

Mary I. What friendly and helpful staff at Watters Creek! They were personable, went out if their way to help with an online item, and quickly placed an order to arrive at my home and one in store! FANTASTIC!

Tay G I can’t say anything bad about this store. LOVE THE 2 story shopping environment and the store is so well run. Like who’s a manager ? They all are professional and enthusiastic about the retail job I’m sure they are doing for extra cash. Def better than shopping online THANK YOU URBAN OUTFITTERS GUAD!
