5 /5 Rose Bost: I have shopped at Cato multiple times. Personally, I have never gone in and had a rude attendant. All of the staff are very sweet, the are informative and answer questions, and for this particular time: About 2 weeks ago I had gone in and found the most gorgeous pink heels Ive ever seen in my life. I simply had to have them. But none were in my size. One of the employees noticed my dilemma and had suggested they order from another store that had my size and simply ship it over. Long story short, I got the best pair of heels for my pink obsession XD. My recommendation if a store isnt working out for you? Try coming in another time. Staff moves around, shift changes, and people wake up brighter. Hope this review helps ;).

1 /5 Maria Coronado: I went in to return/exchange a top I received as a gift and the lady who was there at first said I could return/ exchange it. After finding what item I was going to exchange for, the lady then told me I couldn’t return because the tag on the item had the price ripped off and even with the receipt I could not return. She told me this in a very rude tone and then proceeded to ask me to tell my two year old to stop touching the clothes. My two year old was not misbehaving at all. She then in another language started to talk bad about my two year old to another worker. I knew the language she was talking in so I knew exactly what she was saying. Worst customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

1 /5 Briana Barnhart Lindell: 1st let me say that I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I can no longer be silent. The clearance clothes at Catos are an absolutely wonderful blessing. I have gone from a sz 26/28 to now a small/medium and have shopped at Catos for probably 10 years. I absolutely love their clothes. However, I will NEVER go back to the Pflugerville store because of one manager, Tammy who has been there for as long as I can remember. She is the most rude and obnoxious woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She should NOT be allowed to work in customer service. Me and my BFF go in their to shop every couple of months and we both spend a LOT of $$ when we go. There have been several times that I have had to do returns and she has treated me w/ SO MUCH DISDAIN & DISRESPECT, I cannot even begin to explain how rude she is. My mom has only gone in there a few times but she had to return a pr of shoes and was treated the exact same way by Tammy. Once I heard that, I had to leave this review. She should be fired. I will ONLY shop at the store in Round Rock from now on bc they treat customers with respect and politeness. One person truly can ruin a business in my opinion and she has done this for me and my mom.
