5 /5 Donzetta Williams-Hubisz: Simone is one of the best managers and people that Ive encountered. EVERY TIME Ive been to the Target in Galveston she has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. Even when I’ve rushed in at the last minute to try to find discounted items or to do my couponing shes still very helpful. Most places would be trying to put you out or not let you in at the last minute, but not her. I dont make a habit of going in last minute because thats inconsiderate, but it has happened and she still assist me with whatever Im looking for. Today she took time to help me find an item that they only showed two of in stock. Most people would have said that if it was only two in stock then the inventory was probably off. Not her she got on her walkie and guess what she found me one of the two that the store said was in stock. I really appreciate the great customer service I receive from everyone at the Galveston location.
