Kim Williams Store looks great! Everything was so nice and organized!! Friendly and helpful staff. I love the current manager, shes awesome!! Found what I needed and a few things on sale in under 10 minutes!

Amber Watt I had to go in and get fitted for a bra, especially because they were having such a great sale! Anyway, I despise bra shopping and really didnt want to be there. However, Sandra spotted me and immediately jumped to help. She fitted me and helped me find the right styles for my body type. She listened to what I liked and offered suggestions. She pulled so many items for me to try out and did it with a smile. She was so friendly that I went back again later with my daughter. Today in the mail, I received a handwritten personal note from Sandra thanking me for coming in and I was so impressed. Who does that kind of customer service these days?! Sandra...thats who and she is so freaking amazing!

Rozmin M Its an okay Loft location located in Stonebriar mall. The employees were friendly. I came to return some items. It is one of the smaller Loft stores I have come into though. The sale area is a bit crowded. Sizes are not available. Alternative is ordering online, which they take forever to ship if at all.

Jacque Centeno-Shipley The owner is super nice! He took the time to have a conversation with me and even gave me a few free mini cookies which to be honest didnt make it out of the parking lot. The cookies are so yummy and I loved all the different flavors. The blueberry lemon was so good and I am not a big fan of lemon and the actual blueberries on the top of the cookie were so juicy and delicious. I came home and had a cookie tasting with my family and they loved them. Even my son who is super picky and has texture issues loved them especially the oatmeal raisin. Definitely worth the money and the trip!
