Every stitch was thoughtfully done, and she made sure the dress fit perfectly in all the right places. Beyond her incredible craftsmanship, her customer care is outstanding. She took the time to listen, offered helpful suggestions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. When I got my dress back, it not only looked flawless, but I was able to wear it comfortably all evening without adjusting it once. I felt confident and completely at ease. She responded promptly, had my dress ready earlier than expected, and was very sweet in the entire process. Her pricing is also very reasonable! I got so many compliments on my dress AND the best part: I was able to dance the night away thanks to the intricate bustle Kristi made for me. Highly recommend!!
