The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to shop in, with a great variety of clothing, shoes, and home essentials at affordable prices. Everything was easy to find, and the checkout process was smooth. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. After I finished shopping, I was assisted by Roy, who went above and beyond to make sure my visit ended on a positive note. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about providing great service. I’ve visited several Burlington locations, including the one in Richardson, but this store has definitely been the best experience by far. She answered all my questions clearly and went out of her way to ensure they had the product I was looking for before visiting in person. When I arrived at the store, the same level of care continued. The young lady was sweet ,welcoming, and attentive without being pushy.
