T.J. Maxx - Shop TX (Near New Braunfels)

Caitlin Moorhead I always love coming here! I have been for years and the employees are always so nice.:) I was a few months pregnant and bought some shirts on sale and the cashier told me about the sale and let me pick out more shirts even though we were checking out. She was patient and there was no one behind me. Super sweet, I love going here and never feel pressured like I do at a lot of other stores! I heavily recommend this place! :)

Edward Nelson Love Ross stores. I usually peruse the food and snacks, toys to see what I can push buttons on to see what they sound like (yes Im that kinda guy, a 50+ man child lol), mens stuff and electronics. I bought Bluetooth earphones that cover the ear canal and do not enter them. Much better for protecting your hearing. $30 value for $20. Love them. I regret I was not paying attention to the change up of yes/no questions and said no to several questions about whether mens and childrens clothing items were sold here LOL. They are. Thought I was still answering Schlotzky yes no questions. Whoops!

Rafael Andrade Ive always had a good experience at Ross but lately the store is a complete mess I went to look to purchase mens underwear and you could not begin to look where the Small or where the X-large it was a big big mess I just left very disappointing not being able to get help or find anyone to help you or find what you need these are some pictures I took yesterday 6/1/2023

Maritza Vazquez When over there yesterday and bought some clothes, two cologne and a perfume, when I got home I went to take it out of the bag and I had a cologne missing I called today to let the girl know that Im missing a cologne she was so rude and told me that it wasnt nothing left there and that nobody saw anything on the counter, I asked her if she can ask if they found the cologne probably someone put it back on the shelves and she said that she for fact knows that nobody saw anything there(with out asking) I told her that I dont have the other cologne in my bag and she said to me with an attitude ; " and Im telling "You" that it wasnt left in the counter." I dont think she would have even notice if she missed putting it in the bag because she was to attentetive to her cell phone texting most of the time I was in the store. they shouldnt have people like that working in a store dealing with customers.

Jaime Calderon When I need something to dress but I dont know exactly what I go to Ross and I find that thing that I needed or at least I got an idea of what I would like. Its a very nice place to find anything to dress for men and women, shoes, luggage and more. Its clean and organized. You should go early in the morning to find everything in Its place and a high probability to find what you want. If you go late, its going to be an empty store.

Zach Mathews Ross is what ot is, if you are going there you already know. Be aware, this location will no longer allow beverages inside. Drink your coffee before you arrive and leave your water in the car.
