1 /5 Anahi Miranda: I’m really disappointed and honestly sad that it had to go this way. I told the associate I wanted to price match from the online Torrid website. The total should have been around $39 before using my rewards. I clearly explained that I planned to use my $30 reward cash, and she applied it but then changed the item back to the regular in-store price instead of the price-match price. That made my total $32 instead of around $11 after the reward was applied. When I pointed out that it didn’t make sense, she didn’t listen or try to fix it. I left feeling unheard and taken advantage of. I didn’t expect to feel this way shopping there, and it honestly makes me question whether I can trust them or even want to go back again.

She was courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful, offering me a fitting room and great ideas for my ’80s-inspired outfit. A perfect 10/10 experience!

2 /5 Glenda: I used to be a true believer of Torrid but the prices are ridiculous and whatever you do, DO NOT GET THE CREDIT CARD. They change the interest based on your purchase and charge you extra interest even if you pay it off on your due date. Do not do it!!
