Allyson Rodriguez In a world where kindness is rare; I want to thank Dianna and Jackie at the 22625 Tomball Pky location, who helped me today. I came in to return clothes that I purchased online, that were too big. Instead of just processing the return, they came from behind the counter and helped me find the right sized pants, blouses, a cardigan and matching jewelry. Thanks to them, I left with two beautiful outfits, a purse and matching jewelry. One that I intend to wear at my interview tomorrow. Definetly will be shopping at this location more. Chance Hendershot I visited 3 other local western stores in Waco, Boot Barn was the only one that acknowledged us in the store. Ron went above and beyond with helping me find a pair of dress boots and a Stetson hat. Definitely a first class crew and completely customer focused.

W H I take my wife here often, she loves this place they have reasonably priced Fashions selection of jewelry holiday themed clothing and jewelry and every Tuesday I think they get new items for the store is constantly getting new stock. The ladies at work their very nice they remember you and are very professional at the same time

Alyssa Camarillo beautiful ladies working 9/4 and 9/5 are exceptional. I had a mishap with my online order completely my fault and they were so kind and understanding. fixed it right up and had me on my way in no time. i was initially only going to be purchasing the one thing, but after that experience I’m already shopping online with torrid again. if those ladies see this, thank you SO MUCH for your help. I live 35 min away so your knowledgeable and kind response made everything so smooth for my drive into Denton for the week!

Viviana I wanted to leave a great review for the customer service I received from a wonderful lady name Zeina. She delivered great customer service while she was helping me at the register. Zeina went above and beyond, answer my questions regarding rewards, very attentive, and on top of that was very friendly and positive. Happy to see JCPenny has hired a person like Zeina as it puts a great face to the brand/name I will be returning soon to shop and hopefully to see her there again. Thank you team!!
