5 /5 Shelly Longley: Very good customer service! Although only a few customers in the store, there were 4 employees on the floor working so made it easy for them to keep up. The gal who helped me was knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the right size and fit and even had what I wanted shipped to my home since they didnt have it in stock and I was there for a pickup that didnt work out and got exchanged. This was my first time there. Prices are a bit high, but good quality products, so Ill be willing to buy again when another sale comes around. This store is located in the middle of the mall a fee stoes down from Macys towards Penneys, so parking somewhere in the middle would make an in and out experience easier.
