Jennifer Helen To the manager/owner: love Zara!! However, I feel for you in terms of hiring employees with a strong work ethic, despite having a beautiful store with multiple checkout registers and plenty of employees on the floor, they routinely (every time I come -approx 7-8 times past 3 months) they refuse to use any checkout except one on bottom floor, AND at the one there is almost always 1 out of 3 cashiers working it, whilst all other employees roam about the floors-NOT assisting customers mind you-in fact they never engage with customers on the floor even if you walk by them. The only interaction in fact from the employees roaming about (except the 1 cashier) has been to tell me to go downstairs s to checkout. I feel for you because I know you are paying them well to do very little while there is a long line to checkout on a Tuesday night at 6 pm—5 people in line-1 cashier-multiple employees swinging by the line and not a one thinks to open up one of the unmanned registers.Again Love Zara but this issue definitely impacts my desire to come shop here. Marie Hess The clothing and quality of fabrics. I love the staff and their efforts. I would totally give 5 stars, but I feel like the company needs to improve the system for the employees to assist with returns from online order/exchanges. Lots of online exclusive items, so the items need to be re-ordered if you need a different size. I am okay with the wait, its the process and time it takes for these ladies to complete the transaction in store. It doesnt help that I usually dont carry my card on my person. There is a way to deal with that. Do better Maurices! For your employees.
