Delana Combs I brought my daughter in to find a prom dress last weekend. Lucia asked what she was looking for and our price range. I know the store is different than other stores but you have to remember, kids come in and try dresses on, can damage them and they may have no intention in actually making a purchase. Lucia seemed like she wants to provide a high level of service and she was the only one there. My daughter had very specific requirements and Lucia found the exact dress. It was a one and done. She measured my daughter for the right size and said she could have alterations done before her prom in less than a week. We didn’t need any alterations but I have no doubt she would have done a fabulous job. She made the experience efficient and effortless for us. I think that some people misinterpret directness for being rude. Our cultures are different. She was very lovely, direct, hard working and kind. I’m so thankful!
