1 /5 Paola Castañeda: This store is full of mean people. My mom went to this store by foot keep in mind she does not drive. And they had the audacity to think she was homeless by her appearance without even asking, they didn’t open the doors for her nor tell her it was closed or anything. She waited for an hour thinking they would sooner or later open and they never did. They were inside staring at her knowing how cold it was outside and didn’t say a word to her. So rude and disrespectful. My mom is a woman who looks like anybody else and was treated like that. Please do better and treat people like you would want to be treated.

1 /5 Joan Warui: The staff who worked on 3/5/2025, disappointed my family. We went to support the business since a friend told us about this institution but we were met with insults and a stereotypical mindset, the staff assumed that my niece was shoplifting. The staff yelled at my nine year old niece asking her to put back a powder blush which she intended to ask her mum to buy for her. One has to fit a specific image to shop here. I would not recommend.

1 /5 Agnes N Warui: The store is very beautiful and the clothes are amazing. However, one of the store attendants is very racist. They will profile you if you are black and assume you will steal.

I got a call from one of the girls there to let me know one of my items were out of stock and gave me the option to swap the item or wait until they restocked which was in a day or so! They didn’t need to call but the fact they called was them going above and beyond! Highly recommend!
