They welcome me, ask if Id like assistance or looking for anything in particular then if I tell them "no" kindly, they literally leave me alone. Unless u have am arm full of clothing, then they only offer to hold my things at the counter to make my shopping easier. Ive NEVER had anyone ask twice if I say "no", never have anyone try selling me anything I dont want, and dont see what reviews talk of regarding "sharks". Maybe those employees are gone, maybe they made a point in training new employees to tell them not to be pushy, but I NEVER experience this at Buckle in Wenatchee! LOVE this store and employees. Jeans with lifetime warranty us WELL worth the cost. You can spend way more replacing cheaper jeans faster than you think. Just splurge if you can and get these jeans! Even if a jewelry comes off, which Ive never had happen, they repair or replace the jeans! Love my Buckle store!
Love this place! The girls that helped me were so nice, and remembered my name when I went back in for more things! They cared enough to try to remember my name, which I think is so thoughtful. She also helped me find my size which I was having a hard time doing!
