Nordstrom Rack - (Near Tacoma, WA)

2 /5 Lori G: Update 10/7/25: four employees spent more than 20” tacking at a check-out counter near the Nordstrom/Caslon area…with several customers wandering with no help. Lazy as hell! I’ll not buy anything today! What an absolute mess! I tried to work around two or three racks near the women’s Vince clothing and had at least four employees bump into me, push me out of the way or slam clothing in front of the exact area. I was trying to shop. I understand you’re trying to get clothing on the racks, but for goodness sakes, let a woman shop! You pack your rack so tight I couldn’t find a shirt size if I needed to! Don’t bother shopping here because all you will get is frustrated.

5 /5 Kyle: Went shopping with a friend, as we were shopping two guests asked for help and thought I worked there. Thinking I should, I asked if they were hiring. Silly experience. My friend chatted it up with Chilli(: good time~!

1 /5 Charlie: Employee at the shoe department was rude and didn’t wanna help locate shoes and needed size. They should try to smile for once and be more approachable. Would not be coming back from this junk!
