1 /5 Steff Kreager (Steff): Employee working there on 4/14 was extremely rude. I asked an about fitting rooms and she said they don’t allow anyone to try anything on unless it’s over their clothes and they do not allow returns. I said, how would I know what size to buy? She said if you don’t want to buy you can leave there are other options in the mall. She was promoting people to go shop elsewhere. I would have bought at least 6 dresses today because they are really gorgeous but cannot risk the sizing not working. Highly recommend not shopping here. Employee continues to argue with me. Will not go back felt unsafe and verbally attacked.

1 /5 Jamie Flores: Rude workers, no home training, no fitting rooms, customers arent allowed to try on clothes and they have a no return policy. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I hope no one buys anything from there and they go bankrupt. It feels like a scam the way they treat people. Never been in such an unprofessional store. The girl that works there have a very bad attitude and clearly trying to get bad reviews on purpose. Good luck finding a real job one day acting like that. Do not recommend, EVER!

1 /5 Stephanie White: Is there a policy where employees are told not to greet customers? First time, thought maybe it was the individual person but today was my third time in to find some heels. Two girls working and it was so quiet to the point where you’d think you were in there alone. Neither one of them said a single word & I intentionally stayed in there a bit longer to see if either was gonna say hi or ask if I needed help looking for anything. I looked at one of the girls directly to see if she was gonna say something. No words spoken at all. Not even a smile. Very strange energy. Poor customer service. Even if no words come out your mouth. Body language says everything! And I’m not spending money where they don’t even greet customers.

2 /5 Jillian Therrien: This is not the type of store where you can have one worker at a time. The girl did her best and I applaud her for that but she was crying from stress and service was so slow because she was in there by herself. First time I went there, the woman was very rude to me at the counter as well. Nice prices and nice shoes, but overall a horrible store.
