5 /5 D “Pica Dilly” Butler: I had a fantastic experience at this Carhartt store! I visited on Friday, January 30, 2026, with a $350 clothing allowance from my employer to spend. I found everything I needed on the clearance rack, and the two employees, Marcosa and Sky (or Ski), were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. Even though they were busy, they made time to assist me—helping me get into the changing room, keeping a running total of my items, and making sure I stayed as close as possible to my $350 budget without going over. They kept the mood light, cracked a few jokes, and made the whole shopping trip enjoyable. My final total came in just under $350, and thanks to all the clearance deals, I saved an impressive $560.08! They were sincerely excited for me when they saw how much I’d saved, which made the experience even better. Carhartt is lucky to have such great employees. I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 Gabriel Tam: I stopped by the Carhartt retail store at The Landing in Renton for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. From the moment I walked in, everyone made the experience easy and welcoming, which is something you don’t always get at retail stores anymore. One staff member went above and beyond by helping me find a jacket that had just arrived and was still in a stack of fresh shipment boxes. He was patient, kind, and truly made sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. The store itself is large, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of stock to browse through. Parking is plentiful, the layout is spacious, and the overall experience made my first visit a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area and need quality gear with top-tier customer service.

We worked with Sean in our search for good work boots and he steered both me and my husband toward the right fits/styles for us. 10/10 recommend and we hope Seans working when we visit next time!

5 /5 Richelle Morris: Absolutely love this store and the staff here! My husband and I expected some level of chaos, as all stores go through the day after Christmas. We arrived to find the store was well organized and clean. I was greeted with genuine smiling faces. I was given assistance with finding some clothes in my size. While the entire team did their part to contribute to my positive experience, Bianca went above & beyond. She took the time to listen to the specifics of what I was looking for (Im picky when it comes to clothes), and she was able to show me several options. Bianca answered all my questions about the differences between specific styles and helped me figure out if theyd be beneficial for my line of work. I tried on about 7 items (again, Im picky with clothes), she checked on me at all the right times, but wasnt "clingy." The changing rooms were super clean too! We drove from Eatonville so I could find pants, and Im planning on coming back for more. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
