Joe and Lety What an amazing boutique. A friend and I had a girl day in downtown Kennewick and we loved popping into Threads to check out all of the cool items they have. They have gathered such amazing clothing items, shoes, purses, and so much more. The vibes are great and they have so much to offer.

D “Pica Dilly” Butler I had a fantastic experience at this Carhartt store! I visited on Friday, January 30, 2026, with a $350 clothing allowance from my employer to spend. I found everything I needed on the clearance rack, and the two employees, Marcosa and Sky (or Ski), were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. Even though they were busy, they made time to assist me—helping me get into the changing room, keeping a running total of my items, and making sure I stayed as close as possible to my $350 budget without going over. They kept the mood light, cracked a few jokes, and made the whole shopping trip enjoyable. My final total came in just under $350, and thanks to all the clearance deals, I saved an impressive $560.08! They were sincerely excited for me when they saw how much I’d saved, which made the experience even better. Carhartt is lucky to have such great employees. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Terry Hal Great location, plenty of parking , everything in the store was well organized and found plenty of Christmas items as well as fun games for my family. Great customer service as well from the moment walking in we were greeted with a warm hello. Love this store plenty to find and great prices for what we bought

D S Absolutely love this shop! The owner is an amazing person. And very easy to work with. Does her very best to make sure youre happy with everything. I have had many custom outfits or bows or what not. And she always does a GREAT JOB! I hope this shop is open till my daughter is grown.
