3 /5 Tasha Gulack: I tried on a beautiful dress in store, but it was a little bit small. Their sales person offered to order one for me and my size. when I received it, I realize she had ordered me a petite even though I’m rather tall. In addition, The size up she recommended was too large. I decided to call customer service to get some advice on which size might actually be the right size for me. They told me that the dress was sold out that there were no sizes in petite or regular that were available for sale at all. I went on the website and found that the dress was not out of stock as the gentleman had told me and was able order another size myself. The whole experience has been less than I expected from a store with their reputation. Very disappointed in the customer service.

1 /5 Prvb 31: Was browsing before my movie started and ventured into the store. I shop here seasonally and have never been treated so rudely. I was greeted by the sales lady when I entered the store. She appeared to be engaged in conversation at the counter with two customers. As I walked through the store she started to make comments about my clothes. She called my sweated a Chicos knock off and commented on my pants being 20 years old. Even if this described my clothes her behavior was unexceptable. I blew her off and ‘took the long way around the store’. There were a few other people there but the entire time I was there she never stopped talking to her friends at the counter. I was treated much better at Nordstrom and JJill. I’d recommend shopping there instead.

3 /5 Mary Andersen: I consider this Chicos to be hot and cold on service. I have walked in and been ignored by sales staff my age and have received very good service on other occasions from a young customer service representative. I definitely get the impression after a number of visits that this store caters to a particular clientele and if you dont appear to fit that mold you arent considered very important. Its too bad because I am pretty sure my green spends just as well as the next person. But I guess I dont "look" like a Chicos customer.

2 /5 Natalie Rogers: With so many places to shop these days, I am always shocked when store managers choose to be rude to a section of their clientele. Went there on a Sunday and was not approached to ask if I needed help (other women who were there were) and as I got to the register, the older silver haired woman turned to my cashier and said “ok so what we have to do next is check the jewelry prices because they are on sale” and then proceeded to have an entire conversation as if I was not standing there. Not a greeting, not an acknowledgement. The experience was sooooo different in Sioux Falls. This area in Spokane, I will not visit. As a Chico’s passport member, that says a lot
