1 /5 Helen Petrov: My husband purchased a Moschino brand flats from this store. In three weeks time the die started to come off and the flats started looking like they’ve been worn for years. My husband went back to David and asked to return them, AND offered to buy different, more expensive brand flats. David’s response was, “There is nothing I can do for you”! His argument was, that if he sold them for $500 (the actual cost was $400) that means he bought them for $250 and that he is not willing to lose it. Pls note that along with these flats my husband bought other items and spent up to $2000 on that day. We were also repeat customers up to that point. But apparently $200 is much more important to David than his reputation and returning customers that would bring much more profit than $200 he would lose, had he dealt with this situation differently!! Sub par customer service with sub par choice of product. Never returning! Never recommending!! This store is an embarrassment to Bravern!
