She takes her time to understand what you want and offers thoughtful suggestions. Her attention to detail is incredible. Everything she does is intentional and precise. Beyond her technical skills, she creates such a welcoming and comfortable space. She is incredible knowledgeable and kind. She always values healthy hair and delivers stunning results. She is absolutly someone you want to book with. I trust her completely and always leave in love with my hair. If youre looking for someone who is talented and truly passionate about what she does, she is your girl.

5 /5 Nicole Lorance: I would give them 10 stars if I could! I’ve only had one person in my entire life do my hair, but Emily took such good care of me. She made sure I was happy with the outcome before I left her chair. All the stylists here are amazing and make you feel right at home!

1 /5 spoicy tiggy: I visited the salon and saw Taylor for a haircut, bringing a reference photo and clearly explaining what I wanted. My main request was to keep the back longer, especially since my hair is naturally curly and tends to shrink when it dries. Taylor asked to see the photo several times during the appointment, and each time I clarified what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the final result looked nothing like what we discussed. I truly wish she had told me if she didn’t feel confident recreating the style, because I would have preferred to adjust expectations beforehand. When the haircut was finished, it felt like even she knew something was off, as she seemed unsure how to explain styling it. Near the end, she asked how I wanted to leave it styled. I found that confusing, I expected professional guidance on products and styling since I was there for a haircut and finish. I thanked her and tried to be polite in the moment, but I left feeling extremely upset. This was my first time in forever crying over a haircut. I feel embarrassed by how it turned out and have been hiding it since leaving. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. First photo is what I asked for. The second two are the results.

5 /5 Chelsea Ross: I love the patience of the lady that I spoke with when I called to make the appointment. I was a bit confused on what needed to be done and she gave me some options and scheduled me with Hope. Like my tattoo artists, I also think hairstylists & beauticians are artists. so I showed her a couple pictures of what I had in mind and gave her the freedom to do what she thought was needed. Love the results!! I also got a drink & never felt rushed like she was just trying to get to next client. Color & cut was $256 after 4 hrs They do everything, next appt I’m going to treat myself to spa day!!
