Jake Matheson I went in here to buy my pregnant wife a gift. Now, I am beyond inept at clothes shopping for my wife, and pregnancy has not made that easier. But with a husband’s terrible description of what she likes (well she rides horses? She likes regular cute girl stuff? She’s normal sized… but like pregnant?), they managed to find something she now loves. The owner and employees were sweet, helpful and thoughtful, without that pushy salesperson vibe. Despite my only buying a single shirt, a virtually inconsequential sale from a business perspective, all the women working collaborated on ideas and were just wonderful. I’m not the person to ask if they have cute stuff. My wife says they do, for the record. But I can say with confidence that the people working there are stellar, and I appreciate them for their help.

Deborah Brown Old Navy are always clean, well stocked and the merchandise is displayed well. This was my first visit to the Spokane location, I was window shopping, and gathering ideas for Christmas gifts. [ I shopped the Northridge Ca store all the time. ] The staff were pleasant knowledgeable prices reasonable and parking easy. If you havent been here do stop in, you wont regret it. ( A side note I worked retail for the better part of 20 years as manager and buyer... well done to the management team your work shows)

Kathleen N Awesome! Awesome concept! Great customer service, super friendly staff! Huge inventory of everything and anything you might need for well, anything! The pricing is amazing! I highly recommend checking this incredible gently used clothing and many many more other items out! Oh they have a huge selection of home schooling items and curriculums! They have sports shoes, gear, ice skates and so much more! A super cool child friendly clean play area for the Littles and did I mention the books!!! You can take a rest and play chess on the neat chess table thats towards the back of the store! There is something for everyone there and all the proceeds go towards a beautiful cause! Grateful for this wonderful family owned venture!! They are a gift!!!!

Alexa Velez-Pearson I am a single mom of 6 kids. I was given a voucher for social services to help me get clothes for them. Even though I work 3 jobs I can never take my kids shopping for fun without worrying. This location involved all staff and managers to figure out how to apply the voucher AND made me feel better about using them when I was literally feeling like bawling having to use assistance to give my kids a good time. They were so friendly and kind and everyone made us feel so welcome and were sweet to the kids and I’m crying now with graciousness that there are good kind people in the world that don’t view me as a lepper for needing help.
