Debbie Mariscal I’ve been coming to this store since it opened and was never disappointed till today .. I just needed a bigger shirt size for my husband and wanted to exchange it and the lady was not having it, she did nothing to even try to help me and if you shop here you know the clothes aint cheap very expensive so now I have a shirt that just gonna sit in my closet, they need to do something about exchange policy and returns again very expensive here . Thank you Rocio for not even trying to help !

Tami Jo Dukie Great little boutique! Gorgeous offerings! LOVE the wallets, purses and jewelry! Hair accessories are so cute too! And I gotta say something about some of these reviews! Because, literally, I CANNOT with some of these reviewers.. 1. If a sales person doesnt walk up to you as you enter, OPEN YOUR MOUTH. "Hi! Good Afternoon, Id love to look at some boots! Can you help me?" WHEW! That was SO hard! Goodness. Make sure you stretch first if you think it might be too much for you. 2. RE: SIZE INCLUSIVITY. Im a fat woman. Size 18/20. Used to be size 5X. Guess what? Not every shop is for us, and that is OK! Are you going to the Google Reviews for Lane Bryant, Torrid, etc and leave a 1 star review because they dont carry an XXS, XS, Small or Medium? Hmmmm? No? Thought not. Seems uneven to me. Its ok that they dont carry EVERY size. They are a tiny local boutique! 3. REVIEW SAYS: "Too expensive!" RESPONSE: ITS HAND MADE ART PIECES! Want cheap? Hit the Wal-Mart. Target. Amazon. Take your pick! This boutique offers HAND MADE items. They take HOURS to achieve, in some cases WEEKS to design and make. Girl, If you cant afford it, just say so. I dont live in Walla Walla. I live in Chicago. I have absolutely NO association whatsoever with this boutique or its owners. But I cannot STAND petty reviewers like this! I literally cannot. Sit down Karen. No one cares what you think!

Darrell Ragland Cool shop, great people working there. Came in with a potential trade and got a fair pricing which allowed me to get the pair I wanted. Will definitely be back.

joy de Leon I’ve been shopping at Uniqlo for ~20 years now (Japan and Philippines branches), so I was so happy to hear the Tacoma branch opened up. Same great quality in items here. Staff, so far, has exhibited the same welcoming atmosphere and great service as in Japan. I was excited to see there was a large selection of styles. I highly recommend the Airism products and the winter coats! I would note, there is a difference between Uniqlo Asia and Uniqlo US sizing. In Asia, sizes were catered for petite frames (shorter sleeves, shorter pants length, etc). In the US, sizes are catered for taller frames. Luckily, there is free alterations available (for selected styles and materials).
