Amanda Always wonderful customer service. I bought a cot for the holidays. Some reviews were not good. But the good outweighs the bad. Unfortunately, a bar bent and the material ripped after 4 days of use. I called and explained things to the manager. I couldnt find my receipt but was able to give an exact date and price. She gave me in store credit, and I replaced the cot. She was very kind and understanding.

To you None Store manager Jason: I came in to do an online return, I was greeted by the sweetest and cutest “cowgirl” ever, she was very upfront that she hadn’t done an online return yet so if I could wait for the store manager. Jason showed up and admitted they were all in a state of learning as this store had just opened, we eventually got all the items returned and refunded. Due to sales tax differences I was shorted about ten bucks, Jason worked with me and gave me my birthday discount and store credit for the difference of sales tax, the district manager helped me select a hat and I ended up purchasing a $300 dollar Stetson, I deeply appreciate the honesty with the employees and the connection management tries to make with the customers I’ll definitely be back thank you guys and gals for the awesome service.

Laura Hansen Nice, friendly, locally owned shop! Good selection of super soft tees and French terry knitwear for men and women. I bought the women’s Moto jacket in black and then had to get another one in camel. The owner Liyin takes care to partner with local artists - all the jewelry, leather bags, cards and hand dyed clothes are made locally.

Katie Cooper I loved this store so much! I am in grade 7, and my family was traveling from Canada, so we stopped by the mall Blooming is in, and went into Blooming. (I had a school dance I needed a dress for.) I bought this really pretty flowing silver dress! The employees were very nice! The sizes do size down, but they are still amazing! I loved this store! The photo is my dress! :)
