Carl Watson PLATOS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME! Late this summer I sold the store a NICE leather jacket but a little after selling it I realized how much personal value that jackey had to me. I called them asking if I could buy it back, fully expecting them to tell me I couldnt or that it has already been sold. Instead, they told me they hadnt even put it on the floor yet and promised me they wouldnt sell to anyone else! But...they needed time to find it; it had been sent to thier storage unit presumably until winter. Well, for at least a month I forgot about it and called them much later than I should have expecting it to be gone as it was a nice, $100 leather jacket. But, manager Layla told me they NEVER STOPPED LOOKING FOR IT and FOUND it! THAT, AND they would sell it back for exactly what they gave me for it, NOT what they would have sold it on the floor for as it would have been much more money. Now, Im walking away WEARING that jacket after 2 months! Excellent, excellent EXCELLENT customer service! WILL be coming back!

Gypsy Lovett Love this store! I first discovered it in Queen Anne and have followed them to their Ballard location. It offers a great, well-curated selection, at reasonable prices. The staff is always welcoming, and I often discover new brands while shopping. The size of the store is big enough to offer variety while not so big that it feels overwhelming in scale. I also enjoy donating my nicer, gently-worn clothes to this mission-driven organization as I value the non profits it supports.

Alicia Gonzales Sweet life is my absolute favorite place to shop and not just because their clothes are perfection and I always find a new staple for my wardrobe but because Peyton is a true joy to be around. She has the best energy, I am welcomed the minute I walk in, I feel like I have my own personal shopper and she has the best customer service. They’re my favorite local shop and I’m so thankful that we have them here in Olympia! Thank you Sweet Life for adding so much joy to my life.

Brittany Very busy store but always nice people, customers included. I usually manage to find a few good items including plus size clothing. I have noticed tons of NWT target items at this location. 9/12/25 I have just relocated to the area and still love this Goodwill! Jim is one of many employees I have met and so sweet! Lots of treasures & home goods. We rarely buy new so I am here often.
