1 /5 Mary: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been to the store several times and one thing i know is that I do not like how the (owner) lady talks to the customers. Recently I called the store to enquire about some items I needed before driving for an hour, The owner/lady answered my phone call but i could clearly tell she was busy with other customers, yet she chose to take my call and then abruptly hung up on me after saying shed call back and that she was busy. When she did call back 10-15 minutes later, I tried to ask about some items I wanted to purchase, but she became extremely rude and defensive when I asked for details like pricing and the amount/quantity thats availabile. Given that I live over an hour away, I was trying to confirm availability and logistics before making the trip, but she seemed unwilling to provide the necessary information. The suggestion she gave to visit the store in person wasnt practical for me, her attitude and tone made me feel unwelcome. Her treatment left a lot to be desired. Not recommended for those seeking good customer service!

1 /5 Wamuigai Gaceri: I went there to buy some Kenyan Chevda to satisfy a craving and noticed that all the stock had expired over a month ago. When I asked the female attendant about it, she responded very rudely, saying that “every Kenyan knows we don’t believe the dates on products because they don’t matter.” She even went as far as saying that homeless people and street children eat stale food and don’t die. I was honestly speechless at her response. If you plan to buy anything from there, please make sure to check the expiration dates carefully. I have just gone through the reviews and I’ve seen some negative reviews and they are all relating to the lady’s arrogant and rude attitude. Kama pesa imetosha funga duka urudi home

5 /5 Lydia: Home away from home,I get a lot of Kenyan gems from this shop. Depending on the wheelchair one has( i have a son who uses one) there is a step on the landing of the shop that makes it not wheelchair accessible,I have a small ramp,for such situations that I can use. Great selection of Kenyan items,the shop owner is always willing to help.
