5 /5 Keianna Davidson: The staff here are amazing! Livi and Lee both offered help in my preferred selection of clothing! As a person who is often indecisive I have a hard time choosing if I actually would want something or if its something I would regret later, but with their help it made things WAY easier!! For instance; I wanted to find some gloves/sleeve warmers and couldnt find any that suited my preferred texture or style, Livi offered to look in the back for me just in case! In most stores they dont even check, I appreciate the dedication and all together assistance. Another way they helped is when I had question about coupons that I got before Christmas and if I was able to use them without receipt and instead of being sarcastic, or annoyed by my questions (like most stores are) Livi answered my question easily and openly making me feel more welcome in the store and not embarrassed about asking questions even for the simplest things. I did end up using those coupons with the help of Lee, where they helped get me a sweater down to get a better deal on my purchase and distribute the items through two transactions so that I got the most out of my buck. Most stores I go to staff barley carry conversation and understanding, but going here was a whole other story, communication was there, compliments, and understanding was excellent! I HIGHLY recommend going here, staff are great, vibe is there, and the selection is endless!!

1 /5 Jayde S: I really wanted to give hot topic a good review but I just cant after my last two experiences. Ive placed three separate orders from here for Christmas with plenty of days in advance. On both orders items got canceled, they said my orders were being shipped to the store but one of the items came to my house, no one ever contacted me when my orders were ready, I called the store twice and didnt really get any significant information. Im still waiting on three items. One just shipped and two are pending and Christmas is just a few days away. Im really upset. I cant even tell you how upset I am. Im sick and Im on chemo and my immune system is suppressed so I cannot physically go out and go shopping. So my alternative was to shop online and have my daughter pick it up. I just expected so much more from Hot topic and Im so disappointed that I will never shop there again after I get the last items I paid for. I spent several hundred dollars as well and its pretty sad when they cant get items shipped in a timely manner! My other complaint is they should have a feature that specifically says if the item is in stock or not because when I ordered the items they were in stock and Hot topic took my money, but the moment it was ready to fill the order then those items suddenly were not in stock! Very disappointing and a very bad experience all together. I will go to box lunch or Spencers or other places in the mall. I am done with Hot topic!

5 /5 Lexie Bryant: This review is simply for the store manager - youre absolutely rocking it. What an incredible person they are! Their personality and professionalism is unmatched. They were working solo register today, on a busy day, and yet every person in that store was greeted kindly, helped with any questions, and made to feel like a friend. Thanks for keeping Hot Topic alive and inclusive for all of us "weirdos"
